Team Building

Picture

Private art classes are quickly becoming a must-have for businesses and corporations—and for more than just the fabulous new works hanging in the office!

Studies show that the simple act of trying to learn figurative painting or drawing builds new neural pathways that increase one's ability to think creatively and plastically while also working as a potent stress reliever. Learning to make art is an exercise in discovering creative solutions for the inevitable mistakes we make as early artists while actually enjoying the process of solving them.

Finding creative solutions to problems is an essential part of art-making, and an important skill in life, as is taking the time to socialise, release stress, and have fun.  For these reasons, companies often continue to host private art classes for their team on a regular basis.

More than anything else, our classes are fun, informal, and social, and we all deserve a break once in a while!

Marketing, PR and Brand Awareness

Designing promotional events for organisations both large and small is our expertise. Private Art Events London was founded on the belief that business and art have the ability to work symbiotically. We design unforgettable experiences that actively engage clients with brands, benefitting each in the process. Our models for private events, who we've worked with for years, play an integral part in communicating the ethos and intention of our customers.

Examples:

  • A well known brand of products designed for women sought to convey a core message of empowerment. Through a life drawing session with journalists, the brand conveyed its message that women should be proud and comfortable with their bodies by showing how all figures could be works of art.

  • A budding bakery was promoted through hosting a lavish cake and pastry drawing event for open entry. The display was gradually deconstructed and served to drawers in timed intervals, changing the composition. In the end, the bakery was rewarded with not only drawings and paintings of their products, but with new customers ready to gush to their friends over their delicious desserts.

  • A honey maker hosted a drawing event to raise awareness about the plight of honeybees. The class involved tuition from a professional beekeeper as well as bee and hive painting and drawing. Honey was sold in the process, and members left with an understanding of how to grow their own bee garden in London. The beautiful drawings they created acted as lasting reminders of the important role bees play in our lives.
